Registration

  1. Paper Acceptance Requirement:
    - At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
  2. Registration Fee Coverage:
    - The registration fee covers various aspects, including conference proceedings, conference kit, coffee breaks and working lunch.
  3. Paper Inclusion in Proceedings:
    - Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
    - One of the authors needs to register for the conference.
  4. Registration and Paper Limits:
    - Template for Paper Submission: Template
    - Full registration includes the registration of one paper.
    - There may be an additional fee for registering multiple papers with a single registration.
  5. Paper Page Limit:
    - The maximum page limit for a paper is 6 pages.
    - Papers that exceed 6 pages (up to a maximum of 8 pages) will incur an extra page charge.
  6. Extra Page Charges:
    - Authors of papers exceeding 6 pages may need to pay extra page charges.
    - The extra page charge is specified as Rs.1000/- for Indian authors or 20 USD for foreign authors.

It's important for authors to adhere to these guidelines to ensure their papers are included in the conference proceedings and published on IEEE Xplore. Additionally, these rules help manage the overall organization of the conference and the publication of papers.
