Electrical power and energy systems have gained a translational change in recent times. The entire world has been witnessing a big leap from conventional power and energy systems to smart grid systems and distributed generation systems. In the present scenario, information technology cannot be set apart from being integrated into these electrical systems. The theme of this conference is “Smart Technologies for Power and Renewable Energy” and includes keynote lectures, paper presentations and virtual poster presentations. The aim of the conference is to create a platform where experts from academia and industry share the recent developments in this area by which researchers, students and faculty get benefitted.

1. Paper Acceptance Requirement:
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
2. Registration Fee Coverage:
- The registration fee covers various aspects, including conference proceedings, conference kit,
coffee breaks and working lunch.
3. Paper Inclusion in Proceedings:
- Papers will be included in the conference proceedings and published through IEEE Xplore only if
at least one author registers for the conference.
4. Registration and Paper Limits:

- Full registration includes the registration of one paper.
- There may be an additional fee for registering multiple papers with a single registration.
5. Paper Page Limit:
- The maximum page limit for a paper is 6 pages.
- Papers that exceed 6 pages (up to a maximum of 8 pages) will incur an extra page charge.
6. Extra Page Charges:
- Authors of papers exceeding 6 pages may need to pay extra page charges.
- The extra page charge is specified as Rs.1000/- for Indian authors or 20 USD for foreign authors.
It's important for authors to adhere to these guidelines to ensure their papers are included in the conference proceedings
and published on IEEE Xplore. Additionally, these rules help manage the overall organization of the conference and the publication
